Returns and Refunds

All sales are FINAL and CANNOT be returned. Please be sure of your selections prior to completing the order. If you are not sure of a product, please order a sample size before purchasing the regular size.

Please note, there are exceptions to this rule, and any inquiries must be made within 5 business days of your purchase or the date you receive your order to our Customer Service. 

These exceptions will only be valid only, if the products have not been used.  If you are returning a product to Essence of Esther, please use an insured, pre-paid method. Please include your original packing slip/receipt with your invoice number, Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), and reason for return. Orders purchased for Gifts, may be exchanged within 5 days, as long as they have not been opened.  NO CASH REFUNDS. Please call our Customer Service (1- 227-231-5068) for more information. All exchanges must be authorized and issued a RMA#. Products-Gifts returned without an RMA# will be discarded.
